If you would like to receive a reply and are in the UK, enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope is very helpful. (I recommend writing your address on the letter too, in case the SSAE is misplaced.) If you would like to receive a reply and are in another country, please enclose International Reply Coupons (IRCs), instead of stamps.
Charity auctions
If you have a request concerning a charity auction, please ensure that you include details of the specific event at which the auction will be held (e.g. a dinner dance, gala night, etc.). If you wish to auction a signed photo, please note that Zoë usually personalises the photo for the winning bidder.
