| After a difficult
year, the 'perfect' Mariot family look forward to a relaxing
holiday on the Côte Sauvage. Instead, they find
themselves surrounded by a host of eccentric characters, to
which the children ascribe amusing nick-names. There is
'Prat', the military-minded father and 'Fatty Grenada', daily
polishing his car, but never driving anywhere. But perhaps
strangest of all the holiday camp's residents are the
unpredictable 'Early-Bird' and her miserable husband, ironically
dubbed 'Smiley-Face'. When he reveals a dark secret, the
Mariot's holiday goes from bad to worse... |
